erlang-guestfs software package provides guest disk image management system - Erlang bindings, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-guestfs
erlang-guestfs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-guestfs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-guestfs *
You will get with erlang-guestfs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
